Tropical waves have unfavorable conditions for development right now. They race westward off the African coast without organizing or developing due to dry air and high wind shear. Dry air from the Sahara flowing off the African coast inhibits cloud development and wind shear in the Caribbean further inhibits any strengthening. No storms are expected to develop for the next several days.
