Watching 2 Disturbances, Neither Will Impact Florida this 4th of July

A few hundred miles south of Bermuda sits a disorganized area of showers and thunderstorms. Development into a tropical depression is possible before the end of the week.

The system will move northwestward and then northward. Any further development will be limited by interaction with a frontal system on Sunday.

A tropical wave located several hundred miles west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands may organize a little more over the next few days.

It will continue moving west at 10-15 mph. Over the weekend, upper level winds will strengthen as the low moves towards the Lesser Antilles limiting development.
